If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the website immediately.
2. Eligibility to Contract
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a valid, binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By completing a checkout, you warrant that all contact and delivery information submitted is accurate and authentic.
3. Product Information, Food Standards & FSSAI
Brajdhenu operates in full conformity with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India under FSSAI Registration No. 22726299000354 (Retailer).
Our products comprise natural, premium agricultural dry fruits, nuts, and edible seeds (cashews, almonds, raisins, pumpkin seeds, and mixes). While we uphold strict grading and sorting standards, natural agricultural produce may exhibit minor natural variations in kernel size, color, or shape across different harvests.
Nutritional facts, allergen notices, pack weight variations, and storage directions are clearly stated on individual packaging labels.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Billing Transparency
All prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹).
In keeping with our consumer-first transparency pledge, all product prices displayed on the storefront are all-inclusive of applicable merchandise Goods and Services Tax (GST) and doorstep delivery charges. No hidden handling fees or surprise charges are added during checkout.
We reserve the right to update product catalog prices from time to time to reflect agricultural market conditions without prior notice.
5. Order Placement, Verification & Confirmation
Upon completing your purchase through our hosted PhonePe payment gateway, your order is registered and an official Order Reference ID (e.g., BR-XXXX) is generated along with a digital receipt.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order under circumstances such as unforeseen inventory depletion, inadvertent pricing errors, unserviceable postal PIN codes, or suspected payment fraud. In any such cancellation, 100% of the amount paid is immediately refunded to the original payment source.
6. Customer Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch by contacting our customer support desk via phone/WhatsApp at +91 9627389126 or email at brajdhenu11@gmail.com.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner with a tracking AWB number, standard pre-dispatch cancellation is closed, and our Returns & Refunds Policy takes effect.
7. Delivery & Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery details, including flat/house number, building, landmark, recipient mobile number, and valid 6-digit postal PIN code.
Brajdhenu shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failed drop-offs arising from incorrect addresses or unresponsive recipient contact numbers.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on this website — including the 'Brajdhenu' brand name, trademark, peacock feather insignia, artistic visual assets, digital typography, product photography, packaging design, and copy — is the proprietary asset of Abhishek Kumar C/O Army Enterprises.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, or distributed without our prior written authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Brajdhenu and its proprietors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our aggregate monetary liability for any claim arising out of a transaction shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by you for the specific order under dispute.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, purchases, or platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India.
